The revamped Whicker Butler VTuber agency website, featuring a new UI, an integrated email form for direct contact, and live upcoming stream data from the YouTube Data API v3.
The New Whicker Butler project is a complete overhaul of the original VTuber agency website, introducing a refreshed and more interactive user interface. This version elevates the platform by integrating new features aimed at enhancing user engagement and providing real-time information without a traditional backend.
Built with React.js and styled with TailwindCSS, the new site features significant enhancements. A key addition is the contact form, which uses the EmailJS API to allow users to send messages directly from the client-side, streamlining communication efficiently.
Furthermore, the site now dynamically fetches and displays the latest upcoming streams from the talents by integrating the YouTube Data API v3. This ensures that fans always have the most current information on scheduled content. This project was a great opportunity to build a feature-rich application using modern frontend technologies and third-party APIs.
